To help alleviate poverty by enabling access to the basic necessities of life including clean, safe and nutritious food; clean and safe drinking water; sanitation; shelter; education; and livelihoods for people deprived from such access.

To establish school, academic educational or other institution for quality education, library and coaching, guidance, agricultural advice to farmers, social awareness, focus on sports and meditation, counselling or vocational training for poor, deserving and needy students for elementary and higher education.

To work in the field of charity, reproductive and child health services, treatment of mentally retarded children, to organize health camp and promote social welfare activities for women empowerment, children and senior citizens and also to arrange facilities of old age homes, home for senior citizen, orphan homes (ANATH ASHRAM) and to undertake corporate social responsibilities (CSR).

To raise awareness on environmental issues and develop strategies for environmental monitoring. promoting environmental education, protect environment like soil conservation, plantation etc.

To set up hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, healthcare centres, to research and to encourage and to provide free treatment facility for all poor and financial needy peoples.

To draw, make, endorse, execute and issue cheques, promissory notes, hundies, railway receipts, bills of exchange and other negotiable instruments of all description in connection with company activities.

To enter into any agreement with any Government or Authorities (municipal, local or otherwise) or any corporations or persons or any cooperative society or organization or institutions in any part of the world which may seem conducive to the company objects or any of them and to obtain from any such Government authority, corporation or person any contracts, rights, privileges, licenses and concessions which may be thought by and/or on behalf of the company desirable to obtain and to carry out, exercise and comply therewith.

To open and to operate current, saving and/or fixed deposits accounts with any bank or banks.

To do all such other lawful things as considered necessary for the furtherance of the above objects.
